Mas sua resposta com "foi um mal-entendido" e "sua mãe..." já dizem tudo, ou seja, é preferível colocar a culpa no cliente e não assumir o erro em momento algum, mesmo após os 40 minutos de espera no estabelecimento (adendo que estamos vivendo em uma pandemia e os estabelecimentos não podem deixar clientes em espera, eu cheguei 9h50 com horário para às 10h e fui atendida às 10h30), ou em quando estávamos presentes no local e ou agora na web, pelo google, mostram bem o tipo de profissional que é.
