Minha pele de mista ficou oleosa há uns 6 meses, mas há 6 anos eu não conseguia controlar a oleosidade, passei em 3 dermatologistas e nada tratava. Minha pele do rosto ficou com muita espinha há seis meses, nada tratava. Meu cabelo começou a cair muito, contei os fios (porque minha primeira dermato pedia quando eu dizia que estava com queda capilar), estava em torno de 350 fios por dia. Ela tratou todos os problemas com produtos que realmente trataram. Não demora nem um mês para marcar a consulta. Gosto de tudo nessa clínica.
I spent with Dr. Carolina. I was very satisfied. My combination skin got oily about 6 months ago, but 6 years ago I couldn't control the oiliness, I went to 3 dermatologists and nothing was treated. My face skin was very pimple six months ago, nothing treated. My hair started to fall out a lot, I counted the strands (because my first dermatosis asked when I said I had hair loss), it was around 350 strands a day. She handled all problems with products that they actually handled. It doesn't take even a month to make an appointment. I like everything about this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei surpreso com a qualidade do atendimento, desde o agendamento até o tratamento, fui informado previamente durante o agendamento que não era possivel acompanhantes devido a pandemia e pude notar que procuram seguir todos os procedimentos, mostrando assim uma preocupação com o paciente.
O procedimento feito foi ótimo, recomendo.
I was surprised by the quality of the service, from the scheduling to the treatment, I was previously informed during the scheduling that companions were not possible due to the pandemic and I could see that they try to follow all the procedures, thus showing a concern for the patient.
The procedure done was great, I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima ! Não teve se quer cuidado em analisar de fato o problema exposto do paciente ! Passou um creminho a base de ureia, sendo que o mesmo era fungo ! Ali elas cuidam de estética e não de dermatologia clínica ! E a recepcionista foi grosseira em FALAR ALTO pro acompanhante se retirar da sala pra aguardar no Holl do prédio (sendo que, poderia chamá-lo no balcão e falar pessoalmente ! ) médica Fabiana fontes.
Terrible! There was no need to be careful in actually analyzing the patient's exposed problem! Passed a cream based on urea, and it was fungus! There they take care of aesthetics and not clinical dermatology! And the receptionist was rude in SPEAKING HIGH for the escort to leave the room to wait in the Holl of the building (being that, I could call him at the counter and speak in person!) ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei consulta onde só tinham data para mais de um mês e, após aguardar tanto tempo, no dia da consulta, enviaram msg informando que a Dra. Carolina Moreno não poderia atender, porém, sequer disponibilizaram outra data e horário... Ainda perguntei se iriam remarcar e não responderam... Só acho uma falta de respeito fazer um paciente aguardar tanto tempo para a consulta, cancelar no dia da mesma e não falar mais nada... Não recomendo!!!
I made an appointment where they only had a date for more than a month and, after waiting so long, on the day of the appointment, they sent a message informing me that Dr. Carolina Moreno couldn't answer, however, they didn't even provide another date and time... I still asked if they would reschedule and they didn't answer... I just think it's a lack of respect to make a patient wait so long for the appointment, cancel on the day of the appointment and don't say anything else... I don't recommend it!!!
