★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi na mesa ,lanche veio antes da porção esperei 30 minutos na mesa ,decidi pedir pra viagem esperei mais 10 minutos no balcão as porções, q batata estava ok,mais porção de calabresa tinha muita cebola mais exagerado é muito mais muito orégano que ficou tudo com gosto de orégano, me decepcionei
 I ordered at the table, snack came before the portion I waited 30 minutes at the table, I decided to ask for the trip I waited another 10 minutes at the counter for the portions, q potato was ok, more portion of pepperoni had a lot of onion more exaggerated is much more much oregano that was all with a taste of oregano, I was disappointed

Fiz o pedido pelo Ifood no app apareceu que o pedido tinha saído para entrega e a previsão era de chegar às 22:06... 22:20 liguei lá e a moça que atendeu falou que o pedido estava sendo preparado ainda e que colocou que estava a caminho para não gerar atraso no app e que era mais 5 min para chegar aqui.. O lanche chegou 22:40...
Lanche bom porem sem uma boa administração para esse tipo de coisa fica difícil.

Além de demorar quase 1 hora pra chegar, quando chegou estava faltando um dos lanches, reclamei com a mesma que disse que só me mandaria o outro lanche se eu pagasse o valor com isenção da taxa de entrega. Espero que melhorem na parte administrativa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, entregam a hora que querem, não dão satisfação sobre nada no chat, me deixaram falando quando o pedido atrasou, pedi o cancelamento do pedido me ignoraram, uma hora de atraso sem nenhum suporte tanto da loja quanto do aplicativo de compra, não indico atendimento péssimo! Não percam tempo!!!!!!
Terrible service, they deliver when they want, they don't give satisfaction about anything in the chat, they left me talking when the order was late, I asked to cancel the order they ignored me, an hour late without any support from both the store and the purchase app, no I recommend bad service!
