★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, o atendente Ricardo disse que não me atenderia pois não possuía cadastro. Informei que havia possibilidade de cadastro e ele disse que vende somente no atacado. Pedi que indicasse um lojista cliente da Pellegrino que poderia ter a peça pretendida mas não foi capaz de fazer isso já desligando o telefone. Pequenos detalhes levam a falência uma grande empresa. Já vi atendimento ruim, mas esse foi péssimo.
Bad service, the attendant Ricardo said he would not attend me because he did not have a registration.
