★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz depilação com cera nesse lugar duas vezes e tive alergia em ambas. Não sei se a cera é adequada, já que na Depyl isso nunca me aconteceu. Além disso, é bem mais cara.
I did waxing in that place twice and I had an allergy in both. I don't know if the wax is suitable, since at Depyl it never happened to me. In addition, it is much more expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência... Fui atendida hoje 16/01/20 na unidade da Rua São José no final do dia e fiz virilha total. Ficou horrível! Ainda tem muitas partes com pelo e o que eu achava que era vestígio de cera ao passar a mão no final do serviço são os pelos que foram quebrados pelo mau uso da cera e não saíram pela raiz como deveria. Vou ter que terminar na lâmina um serviço que paguei R$62,00! Não recomendo para ninguém! Péssimo atendimento!
Bad experience ... I was attended today 16/01/20 at the São José Street unit at the end of the day and had a total groin. It was horrible! There are still many parts with hair and what I thought was a trace of wax when passing the hand at the end of the service are the hairs that were broken by the misuse of the wax and did not come out at the root as it should. I will have to finish a service on the blade that I paid R $ 62.00! I don't recommend it to anyone! Terrible attendance!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa noite, dia 22/11/19 fui na unidade da Carioca e pedi o serviço de virilha total, ao entrar para depilar informei a profissional que havia feito uma cirurgia a profissional me informar que não poderia fazer o procedimento completo devido ao pouco tempo de cirurgia mas tiraria tudo a baixo da faixa da virilha.
Vi uma diferença no atendimento pois percebi que ela não textou a temperatura da cera antes ( me perguntando como em outras unidades se estava muito quente para mim), mas até então tudo bem estava um pouco quente mas nada que não desse para sobreviver. Ao terminar o serviço reparei que realmente ela não tinha tirado a faixa da virilha mas ela já tinha me explicado o motivo, sendo que sou obesa e tenho dificuldade de ver minha virilha e o espelho que ela me mostrou o trabalho era pequeno então não reparei que o serviço não tinha sido bem feito. Ainda estou com pelos na parte que ela depilou. Sem contar que geralmente quando elas puxam a cera seguram a virilha para doer pouco e tiram os pelos que não querem sair na cera com pinça e dessa vez nada disso foi feito. E não é um serviço barato que pagamos mas pago com satisfação pois o trabalho sempre tinha sido bem feito, até agora.
Obs. Só consegui ver os pelos que ficaram na virilha porque o meu marido viu e tirou foto para mim.
Good night, 11/22/19 I went to the Carioca unit and asked for the total groin service, when entering to shave I informed the professional that I had a surgery professional informed me that I could not do the complete procedure due to the short time. surgery but it would take everything under the groin band.
I saw a difference in service because I realized that she did not text the temperature of the wax before (wondering how in other units was too hot for me), but so far so good was a little hot but nothing that could not survive. At the end of the service I noticed that she had not really taken off the groin band but she had already explained to me the reason being that I am obese and have difficulty seeing my groin and the mirror she showed me the work was small so I didn't notice that the service had not been well done. I still have hair on the part she shaves. Not to mention that usually when they pull the wax they hold the groin to hurt little and remove the hair that does not want to come out with the tweezers wax and this time none of this was done. And it is not a cheap service we paid for but paid with satisfaction because the work had always been well done so far.
Note I could only see the hair that remained in the groin because my husband saw and took a picture for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço e o atendimento até são bons. Mas me senti lesada. A depiladora saiu acrescentando, sem meu pedido ou anuência expressa, um monte de áreas que, segundo ela, precisavam ser feitas. Inclusive, acrescentou cobrança adicional para áreas depiladas que, na verdade, faziam parte do tipo de depilação que contratei. Quando fui pagar levei um susto, não só pq saiu o dobro do que eu ia fazer de início, como eu nao consegui nem contestar, uma vez que eu nao sabia nem mais oque ela tinha feito, já que ela inventou dez mil depilações pra aumentar a comissão dela.
Então pessoas, se forem se depilar nesse estabelecimento, tenham cautela, pq vão tentar enganar vcs a todo custo.
A atendente pode ter ate garantido a comissão dela desse mês, mas garantiu tbm uma cliente a menos.
The service and care are good. But I felt cheated. The epilator came out adding, without my request or express consent, a bunch of areas that, according to her, needed to be done. It even added additional charges for shaved areas that, in fact, were part of the type of hair removal I hired. When I went to pay, I got scared, not only because it came out twice as much as I was going to do at the beginning, but I couldn't even dispute it, since I didn't even know what she had done anymore, since she invented ten thousand hair removals to increase her commission.
So people, if you are going to shave in this establishment, be careful, because they will try to deceive you at all costs.
The attendant may have even guaranteed her commission for that month, but she also guaranteed one less customer.
