★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei de ligar para clínica afim de realizar um orçamento (consulta, hemograma, fiv e felv, e vacinas) e agendar o atendimento. A atendente simplesmente não quis me atender e foi extremamente mal educada. Péssimo atendimento! Um absurdo!
I just called the clinic in order to make a budget (appointment, blood count, IVF and Felv, and vaccines) and schedule the appointment. The attendant just didn't want to answer me and was extremely rude. Terrible attendance! An absurdity!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles são carinhosos com os pets, mas não adianta se dão os diagnóstico errado. Levei meu cachorro la, vamos tratados super bem, apesar da insistência de eu falar os sintomas do meu bb ele levou em uma linha diferente de diagnóstico, ele já estava mal e fraco e o médico deu o um possível diagnóstico totalmente errado na espera de exames. Aplicou um remédio pra dor nele que máscarou os sintomas por algumas horas. Mas horas depois ele piorou muito e não deu tempo de levar meu anjo pra outro pet por que ele morreu na mesma noite.
Me arrependo no dia que fui levar lá enves de levar em outro pet bem melhor longe desse bairro. Pra lá não levo mais nenhum animal meu, NUNCA. Até hoje choro de raiva de não ter levado meu bb em outro lugar, concerteza ele estaria vivo hoje.
They are affectionate with pets, but it's no use if they give the wrong diagnosis. I took my dog there, we were treated very well, despite my insistence that I talk about my bb's symptoms, he took it on a different line of diagnosis, he was already sick and weak and the doctor gave a possible totally wrong diagnosis while waiting for tests . He applied a pain medication to him that masked the symptoms for a few hours. But hours later he got a lot worse and I didn't have time to take my angel to another pet because he died the same night.
I regret the day I went there instead of taking it to another much better pet far away from this neighborhood. I don't take any more of my animals there, EVER. Even today I cry with rage for not having taken my bb elsewhere, for sure he would be alive today.
