Minhas meninas sempre foram muito bem atendidas, com toda assistência que uma clínica especializada poderia oferecer. A equipe toda é ótima. Hiper recomendo!
 The Clinic is great! Dra Isabela and Dra Conceição are hyper helpful, professional and above all dedicated to our pets. My girls have always been very well attended, with all the assistance that a specialized clinic could offer. The whole team is great. Hyper recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu pai levou meu hamster na clinica as 8:00hs da manha deste dia 11/11 e não havia medica especializada em hamster nesse horário ,somente a partir das 14 hs sendo marcada o primeiro horário para o atendimento visto que meu hamster estava muito debilitado . Meu pai chegou ao local as 14 hs e as 15:15 hs depois de mais de uma hora de espera o hamster veio a falecer.... acho que seria difícil ele sobreviver mas a falta de profissionalismo , irresponsabilidade e pouco caso da clinica ajudaram muito isso a acontecer...Não indico a ninguém
My father took my hamster to the clinic at 8:00 am this morning 11/11 and there was no specialist hamster doctor at this time, only after 14 hours being set the first time for care since my hamster was very weak. My father arrived at 14:00 and 15:15 after more than an hour waiting for the hamster to die .... I think it would be difficult for him to survive but the lack of professionalism, irresponsibility and little case of the clinic helped a lot of this happening ... I don't tell anyone

Adoro ambas as veterinárias (Conceição e Isabela) - não sei se é assim a ortografia dos nomes - Só sei que fui atendido por ambas e elas salvaram o meu grande amigo, Kratos. Ele tinha doença do carrapato com algumas complicações e estava abandonado pela antiga "dona", que sequer possuía carteira de vacinação dele, desta forma, o adotei e imediatamente levei à clínica, onde foi bem tratado ao longos de vários meses difíceis, decorrentes do estado debilitado em que se encontrava, porém, graças a Deus e ao empenho delas, em especial da Isabela, que atendeu mais recorrentemente ele, devido aos horários em que era levado, o salvaram ?. Sendo que ambas são simpáticas e possuem bastante conhecimento, além de serem pessoas de confiança, as quais confio os meus pets, sem sombras de dúvidas! Ademais, costumo levar para tomar banho os nossos cachorros e saio sempre satisfeito, parabéns ao João! E um elogio em especial para a Conceição pela simpatia, além do profissionalismo. Por fim, parabéns à equipe e a todos profissionais envolvidos! O Kratos também agradece com um sorriso:

I love both veterinarians (Conceição and Isabela) - I don't know if the spelling of names is like this - I just know that I was attended to by both and they saved my great friend, Kratos. He had tick disease with some complications and was abandoned by the former "owner", who did not even have a vaccination card, so I adopted him and immediately took him to the clinic, where he was treated well over several difficult months, resulting from the state weakened in which he was, however, thanks to God and their commitment, especially Isabela, who attended him more often, due to the times he was taken, saved him ?. Both of them are friendly and have a lot of knowledge, in addition to being trustworthy people, whom I trust my pets, without a doubt!
