★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tenho do que reclamar. A corretora Hold onde fiz meu seguro não me deu nenhum suporte no meu sinistro e a seguradora se comportou ainda pior. Nesse embrolho todo só que me ajudou foi a Oficina Penhauto que além de brigar junto a seguradora ao meu lado, fez meu carro em um tempo muito abaixo do proposto.
Agradeço principalmente ao funcionário Mauro. Educação, atenção e cordialidades irretocáveis.
I have nothing to complain about. The Hold brokerage where I took my insurance gave me no support in my claim and the insurer behaved even worse. All that helped me was the Workshop Penhauto that besides fighting with the insurer next to me, made my car in a time far below the proposed.
Thanks especially to employee Mauro. Education, attention and impeccable cordiality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se não querem ter um problema maior além do defeito de seu carro, nunca procurem essa oficina.
Os "profissionais" desse antro não tem nenhum comprometimento em atender bem ao cliente.
Não adianta tentar contato pelo telefone, pois eles simplesmente não o atendem.
O carro fica esquecido nessa oficina e parece que só começam a trabalhar no veículo quando não têm outra coisa pra fazer.
Meu carro (taxi) ficou 2 meses parado nessa espelunca.
NÃO PROCUREM ESSA OFICINA PRA NADA, POIS VÃO SE ARREPENDER E MUITO.
If you don't want to have a bigger problem beyond your car's defect, never look for this garage.
The "professionals" in this den have no commitment to serve the customer well.
There is no point in trying to reach you over the phone, as they simply do not answer you.
The car is forgotten in this workshop and it seems that they only start working on the vehicle when they have nothing else to do.
My car (taxi) was 2 months stopped in this joint.
DON'T LOOK FOR THIS WORKSHOP FOR NOTHING BECAUSE THEY WILL REPENT AND MUCH.

Me apresentaram todos os reparos que foram feitos para que eu avaliasse. Deos uma volta o quarteirão para que eu pudesse verificar se estava tudo em perfeito estado.

I left my car for repair, and it was delivered to me within the deadline stipulated by the workshop.
They presented me with all the repairs that were done for me to evaluate. We took a walk around the block so I could check that everything was in perfect condition.
