★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faço pesquisa de quase tudo e de imóveis não é diferente... Estamos buscando inclusive um terreno maior para fazer um sítio, nas imediações de Salvador... sempre antenados a valores e etc... mas acho que algumas pessoas e nesse caso, empresas (imobiliárias que aparecem as vezes nas pesquisas) perderam totalmente a noção de valor... não sei se é aquela conversa (já está cansada) de que "tudo aumentou na pandemia"... A dica é: cuidado com essa suposta "expertise" de consultores ou corretores de imóveis... tenham cuidado ao procurar, peça a documentação e cheque as "negativas" sobre os proprietários e o próprio imóvel, mas não precisa pagar a até 3X o valor (sim, vimos terrenos asaim, no mesmo local, nas mesmas condições de dimensões e documentação) visto diretamente com o proprietário e em algumas imobiliárias...
