★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ESCOLA PÉSSIMA E ATENDIMENTO PIOR AINDA! Durante a pandemia paguei todos os meses sem falta e inclusive dois deles com multa de atraso e juros. Porém, perto das aulas voltarem foi informado somente por grupo de Whatsapp que a escola não cobraria essas multas e juros nos meses referentes a pandemia.
Liguei para tentar resolver a situação e ser ressarcida das multas que eu havia pagado indevidamente e fui informada que nada poderia ser feito, mesmo depois da escola ter afirmado que não cobraria nada extra durante o período da pandemia. Além disso, quando tentei achar uma solução para que esse desconto fosse dado, a atendente me acusou de estar fazendo “pirraça”. Um completo desrespeito!
Infelizmente, estudar no Pense é um caso do barato que sai caro. Não recomendo de forma alguma essa escola para ninguém, visto que além da baixa qualidade de ensino, as atendentes não têm respeito nenhum pelos alunos.
**RESPOSTA**: Em momento nenhum a atendente me informou que eu poderia receber o dinheiro de volta, pelo contrário, a mesma me disse que não havia nada a ser feito e que vocês não tinham como me ressarcir. Se ela tivesse me dito que eu poderia receber o dinheiro de volta, eu não teria motivo nenhum pra vir aqui perder meu tempo reclamando.
Outra coisa é que vocês só avisaram por whatsapp sobre a questão de não cobrar multas e juros ESSE MÊS, depois de eu ter pagado 4 meses de curso e dois deles com juros e multas, então parem de mentir. Além disso, a sua atendente é que foi extremamente grosseira e debochada. É só ver pelos outros comentários que isso não é a primeira vez que acontece.
Acho que já passou da hora de vocês saberem aceitar críticas, assumirem os erros e tratarem os alunos com respeito ao invés de sempre tentar jogar a culpa pro nosso lado. Melhorem...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fui cliente deles desde de 2008 com meu filho estudando lá mas em 2019 foi a minha vez, pagando sempre em dia as mensalidades mas eles não assumiram os erros e depois de 2 anos vieram me cobrar uma mensalidade que eles mesmo não me cobraram na época. Uma escola totalmente desonesta com os alunos. NUNCA MAIS VOLTO LÁ!
I have always been their customer since 2008 with my son studying there but in 2019 it was my turn, always paying the monthly fees but they did not assume the mistakes and after 2 years they came to charge me a monthly fee that they did not charge me at the time . A school that is totally dishonest with students. NEVER GO BACK THERE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, estão.querendo obrigar os alunos a manterem o Contrato de 12 meses sem ter aulas, ou seja, desde do início da pandemia que criaram um grupo de Whatsapp e só jogando conteúdo e agora que estão começando com aulas on line. Vou entrar no Procon, atras dos meus direitos.Fui tentar pagar a parcela no dia do vencimento, mas pelo horário não consegui, liguei no outro dia 11/08 para pagar sem juros e multa e fui informada e o telefone que o Diretor tinha visto que o vencimento era dia 10, expliquei sempre paguei antecipado e houve um imprevisto e gostaria de pagar o valor com desconto é foi negado, quer dizer que a parceria é só aluno para com o curso??? O inverso não??? Fui hoje pessoalmente expliquei novamente e não quiseram efetuar o cancelamento sem que eu pagasse os meses restante sem o desconto.... tava pagando ser ter aula até o momento. Toda instituição de ensino logo que começou a pandemia manteve as aulas on line e ñ tivemos essa opção. A escola realmente não se preocupa com a situação do aluno, só quer ganhar dinheiro.... São vários relatos sobre isso, ñ tem como negar que estão agindo de forma que o benefício é só para a empresa....

Por lei, eles podem cobrar ate 5 anos e cabe ao consumidor apresentar o comprovante de pagamento. Tudo dentro da lei né, Pense? Se colar, colou. Agora o melhor é o argumento de ser uma empresa séria, com os comentários debochados do proprietário aqui. "é apenas mais um que não honra com seus compromissos", "criar caso para se safar"...só dar um Google no nome da escola e dos sócios que a gente vê o tanto de processo.

Mesmo sendo tendo sido informados que o erro foi da atendente, continuaram a me cobrar todas as penalizaçoes possíveis e não aceitaram que eu fizesse o pagamento do valor devido. Me chamam de mentiroso e me acusam por tentativa de enriquecimento ilícito por ter processado eles, um desrespeito imensurável

As recepcionistas me tratavam bem, atenciosas, professor bom, inteligente, turma bacana, não muito grande, deu para acompanhar. Usava o mesmo livro de um concorrente bem mais caro.
O preço é muito bom, mas por conta dele o alguém pode ser pensar no curso como sendo "menos sério". De fato, tinha menos exigência que o concorrente mais caro, mas vai do aluno ter o mindset correto e saber aproveitar a oportunidade.
I studied Italian for a semester at Pense do Del Passeo before the pandemic and I liked it.
The receptionists treated me well, attentive, a good teacher, intelligent, a nice class, not too big, I was able to keep up. Used the same book as a much more expensive competitor.
The price is very good, but because of it one might think of the course as being "less serious". In fact, it was less demanding than the more expensive competitor, but it's up to the student to have the right mindset and know how to take advantage of the opportunity.
