Entretanto, a estrutura em si deixa a desejar: a ambientação dos banheiros, por exemplo, poderia ser mais profissional, a pintura (externa e interna) do lugar poderia ter uma manutenção melhor, etc. Mas, em geral, é um bom lugar para se fazerem festas e eventos para crianças.
