Atendimento muito ruim, não entendem o pedido. Neste sábado 29/04 pedi uma pizza 4 queijos c/ gorgonzola e uma pedido especial... Ambas foram entregues errado (faltando ingredientes).
O tempo de entrega também decepcionou...
 High price and quality below expectations.
Very bad service, do not understand the request. This Saturday 29/04 I ordered a 4 cheese pizza with gorgonzola and a special order ... Both were delivered wrong (missing ingredients).
Delivery time also disappointed ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza bem mediana, atendimento sofrível. Sabe qdo vc entra no estabelecimento e os funcionários fazem a maior cara de saco cheio? Então... E meu copo ainda estava meio sujo, além de ter pedido umas 3 vezes gelo e limão, e só conseguido o gelo. E o braço grudava na mesa...
Average pizza, poor service. Do you know when you enter the establishment and the employees make the biggest face pissed off? So... And my glass was still a little dirty, besides having asked for ice and lemon 3 times, and only got the ice. And the arm stuck to the table...

Já pedi outras vezes, mas as últimas pedidas foram desastrosas. Hoje veio a pizza com pouquíssimo recheio, incompleta! O gerente disse que sempre foi assim, e você pode escolher pizza com pouco, médio ou muito recheio.
Estranho. Não foi exposta essa "novidade" no ato do pedido.
Lamentável.
Não recomendo, infelizmente não vale mais a pena!
Something happened to this pizzeria ...
I have asked for other times, but the last requests were disastrous. Today came the pizza with very little filling, incomplete! The manager said it has always been that way, and you can choose pizza with little, medium or very filling.
Weird. This "novelty" was not exposed at the time of the request.
Unfortunate.
I can not recommend it, unfortunately it is not worth it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizzaria horrível, tratamento péssimo!! Total desrespeito ao cliente. Pedi uma pizza com peito de peru e veio presunto. Recheio quase zero e o valor da pizza foi R$ 70,00.
Liguei para reclamar e pedir uma nova pizza, o dono da pizzaria disse que eu estava equivocada e que era pra eu devolver a pizza que eles devolveriam o dinheiro. Um estúpido!
Sempre pedi nesta pizzaria, agora nunca mais.
Horrible pizzeria, appalling treatment !! Total customer disrespect. Ordered a pizza with turkey breast and came ham. Filling almost zero and the value of the pizza was $ 70.00.
I called to complain and ask for a new pizza, the pizzeria owner said that I was wrong and that it was for me to return the pizza that they would return the money. You stupid one!
I always ordered at this pizzeria, now never again.

Pizzaria da Vila Mariana — fizemos um pedido deois de uma hora não chegava. Ligamos e foi nos dito que não houve pedido. Impressionante que a postura da atendente na posição como nós fossemos o culpado. Se fosse eu quem tivesse falado com essa imcompetente, com certeza ela iria ouvir o que precisava, porém sabemos que ela não é a culpada. Os serviços de maneira geral estão uma lástima. Nunca faremos um pedido nesta pizzaria e torço que não sobreviva a concorrência porque a minha indignação varrerá as redes sociais.

Pizzaria da Vila Mariana - we placed an order for two hours and it wasn’t enough. We called and were told that there was no request. Impressive that the attendant's posture in the position like we were to blame. If it was me who had spoken to this incompetent, she would certainly hear what she needed, but we know that she is not to blame. The services in general are a shame. We will never place an order in this pizzeria and I hope that the competition will not survive because my indignation will sweep the social networks.
