★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento ao cliente, telefone não atende nem fixo nem celular. Informam um horário e quando se chega para o atendimento uma funcionária muito mau educada informa que o atendimento já está encerrado as 10:50 HS do sábado, sendo que no site informa que é até às 12:00hs. Em resumo não indico a ninguém.
 Bad customer service, phone does not answer either landline or cell phone. They inform a time and when a service arrives for a very polite employee informs that the service is already closed at 10:50 am on Saturday, and on the website informs that it is until 12:00. In short I do not indicate to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrivel, as duas atendentes so conversam entre si e so chamam uma.senha a cada 15 minutos em media. Pra ficar ruim tem que melhorar muito. Nao recomendo.
Horrible service, the two attendants only talk to each other and only call a password every 15 minutes on average. To get bad, it has to improve a lot. I do not recommend.

Em plena pandemia vc é obrigado a falar no telefone da clínica para, vc mesmo, liberar/confirmar os exames/dados feitos por planos.
A clinica não tem o leitor de digital.
Se avisasse na entrada haveria opção de escolha, mas após esperar 50 minutos vc se obriga a falar.
Q absurdo!

Terrible attendance!
In the middle of the pandemic, you are forced to speak on the clinic's phone to release/confirm the exams/data made by plans.
The clinic does not have a fingerprint reader.
If you warned at the entrance there would be a choice option, but after waiting 50 minutes you are forced to speak.
How absurd!
In full pandemic!

Em 2021 retornei para fazer outro kit ortodôntico desde o dia 26/07/2021, assim que eu cheguei já presenciei um senhora que reclamava do atendimento na recepção. Me sugeriram pagar além do kit uma taxa de entrega e até hoje 21/10/2021 meu dentista não recebeu e a clinica não atende e nunca me deram retorno.
Terrible service I was a customer in 2014. In 2021 I returned to make another orthodontic kit since 07/26/2021, as soon as I arrived I already witnessed a lady who complained about the service at the reception. They suggested that I pay a delivery fee in addition to the kit and until today 10/21/2021 my dentist has not received it and the clinic does not attend and they never gave me a return.

Muito atenciosas, além do exame ter sido super rápido, a moça que atendeu minha filha muito educada e carinhosa com ela.
