★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lento. Entregue o carro pela manha só pra conserta uma coisinha mínima so ficou pronto 2 horas depois do acordado. So não leva uma estrela pois a recepcionista. Foi super educada e atendeu super bem
Slow. Deliver the car in the morning just to fix a little thing so it was only ready 2 hours after awake. Only does not take a star because the receptionist. It was super polite and served very well

Área de espera para clientes, e deixam eu ficar olhando o que tá sendo feito no carro. Os preços não são os mais baratos do mundo, mas não chega a ser caro. Economizar demais na mecânica do carro é atentado à segurança, então recomendo. Infelizmente localizado bem longe da minha casa.
I've been driving there for years. Quality and reliable service. All staff and owner are friendly and polite. Waiting area for customers, and let me keep watching what is being done in the car. Prices are not the cheapest in the world, but not quite expensive. Saving too much in the mechanics of the car is security breach, so I recommend it. Unfortunately located well away from my house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei o carro para substituir uma peça na suspensão. Finalizaram o serviço, fui buscar, e o carro estava trepidando. Voltei, fiz a comunicação disso, e já vieram dizer que o carro tinha mais coisas estouradas na suspensão, pneu careca e etc... (De fato estava, mas mesmo assim, não trepidava antes). Tudo isso de maneira ignorante, sem nem ter olhado. Eu insisti, aí então ergueram o carro, e viram que havia soltado uma bieleta. Ou seja, péssimo atendimento, ignorância sem motivo. Sou autônomo, trabalho com clientes e não faria isso, profissional empreendedor não deve ter essa postura. Não recomendo e não levo mais meu carro. Única coisa positiva é a recepcionista, que pediu desculpa por isso, e foi o tempo todo solícita. Agradeço a ela pelo bom senso.
I took the car to replace a part in the suspension. They finished the job, went to get it, and the car was shaking. I came back, I communicated this, and they already came to say that the car had more things broken in the suspension, bald tire and etc ... (In fact it was, but even so, it didn't shake before). All of this in an ignorant way, without even looking. I insisted, then they lifted the car, and saw that there was a detachment. In other words, terrible service, ignorance for no reason. I am autonomous, I work with clients and I would not do that, an entrepreneurial professional should not have this attitude. I don't recommend it and I don't take my car anymore. The only positive thing is the receptionist, who apologized for that, and was always helpful. I thank her for her common sense.
