★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Des do dia 12/05/2021, estou tentando contato com a empresa mais de 10 ligações por dia, referente a um pagamento que não foi se tornado vía picpay, acho uma falta de respeito com os clientes agirem dessa forma, não me atendendo é nem respondendo a cobrança pelo app com os detalhes do ocorrido . Se tratam os clientes assim quero nem saber sobre inimigos, aguardo respostas sobre meu entorno péssimo atendimento!!!! ?
Since 12/05/2021, I am trying to contact the company more than 10 calls per day, regarding a payment that was not made via picpay, I think a lack of respect with customers to act in this way, not attending me is nor responding to the charge for the app with the details of what happened. If you treat customers like that I don't even want to know about enemies, I await answers about my lousy service !!!! ?
