Levei mais de 1:30 para ser atendida e com horário marcado.
Quando fui questionar pela demora, pois haviam me falado que duraria no Max. 40 min, alegaram que foi pelo meu atraso de 10 min, sendo que tinha 5 pessoas marcadas para o mesmo horário.
Recepcionista super grossa e o médico demora a chamar.
Terrible, total lack of respect for the customer, extremely time consuming.
It took me more than 1:30 to be attended and by appointment.
When I was questioned about the delay, because they told me it would last at Max. 40 min, they claimed it was my delay of 10 min, and had 5 people scheduled for the same time.
Super thick receptionist and the doctor is slow to call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, não sabem dar informações, médica sem nenhuma postura profissional. Pra não falar que não teve nada de bom, a psicóloga excelente. Segunda vez que renovo a CNH nessa clínica, mais dessa vez deixaram a desejar demais. Precisa ter uma pessoa para administrar a turma.
Bad service, they don't know how to give information, a doctor without any professional attitude. Not to mention that there was nothing good, the psychologist was excellent. Second time I renew the CNH in this clinic, but this time they left much to be desired. There needs to be a person to manage the class.
