★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento ,comprei um material com eles ,pedi para cortar e na hora de levar me disseram que o carro estava estragado( se tivesse avisado antes eu tinha comprado em outro lugar ), e que teria que me virar para levar , então perguntei se algum dos funcionários poderia me ajudar (o local da entrega fica a 500m ) a resposta foi que não,pois não poderiam sair para entregar,em fim para evitar mais problemas tive que fazer um esforço fora do normal para levar as barras de ferro pois ninguém neste estabelecimento faz questão de atender as necessidades cliente .
Espero que um dia algum responsável dê atenção a este problema,para que não se repita novamente .
Poor service, I bought some material from them, I asked them to cut it and when they took it I was told that the car was broken (if I had warned before I had bought it elsewhere) and that I would have to turn to take it, so I asked if any staff could help me (the delivery location is 500m) the answer was no, as they could not go out to deliver, in order to avoid further problems I had to make an unusual effort to take the iron bars because no one in this establishment makes a point of meeting customer needs.
I hope someday someone responsible will give attention to this problem so that it will not recur again.
