★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bastante completa, alguns equipamentos já apresentam desgaste de uso mas não interfere. Os profissionais estão sempre atentos, possui crossfit e lutas marciais. Estacionamento próprio porém pequeno! Não é climatizada, nos dias quentes o bixo pega

Instrutores muito solícitos e preocupados com o bem estar dos alunos. A instrutora Eduarda do período noturno, em especial, é muito atenciosa e carismática, está o tempo todo circulando e auxiliando os alunos pela academia. Recomendo!

Great reception, at the entrance we are welcomed by the girls who are very attentive to the students.
The teachers were very attentive to everyone.
Equipment in great condition is well advanced.
Large and airy place, very pleasant environment for training.
Great schedules that can suit everyone.

Outro ponto de destaque é a recepção realizada pela Marli com muito bom humor transmitindo diariamente aos utilizadores uma agradável sensação ao espaço para prática de musculação, dança, artes marciais dentre outros.
The gym has a large space with a wide range of equipment, martial arts practice, dance, and a team of dedicated, thoughtful and proactive personal trainers like Felipe and Eduarda guiding and assisting the gym's clients. Another highlight is the reception held by Marli in a very good mood, giving users a pleasant daily feeling to the space for bodybuilding, dance, martial arts and others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Não atendem o telefone, muito menos respondem as mensagens. Tentei fazer uma aula experimental, mas não deixaram. Queriam cobrar 15 reais. Não tinha maquininha de cartão e só aceitava Pix. Perguntei se poderia fazer a aula e depois fazer o Pix, a resposta foi negativa novamente. Só com muita vontade mesmo pra fazer musculação nesse lugar. Vou procurar outro lugar, até pode ser mais longe, mas pelo menos alguém que atenda decentemente.
Terrible attendance. They don't answer the phone, let alone respond to messages. I tried to do a trial class, but they wouldn't let me. They wanted to charge 15 reais. There was no card machine and only accepted Pix. I asked if I could do the class and then do the Pix, the answer was no again. I just really want to do weight training there. I'll look for another place, it may even be further away, but at least someone who takes care of it decently.
