I did a complete overhaul of my Lancer, I didn't deny anything about the budget by making a sport air filter. However I was charged 180 reais for labor to change the cabin filter and 180 for cleaning the air conditioning (with that famous aerosol) but after finishing the work, my panel and the windshield on the passenger side, got fogged up internally, because did not clean after cleaning. For the amount charged, I found the service very expensive and amateur, I expected more quality.

Excellent treatment, both from consultants and Rafa. The car was very good after remap, with significant improvement in torque. I had already performed this service in another car and Rafa maintains the quality standard ... I recommend it!

Terrible experience! Be careful with this workshop! You see the YouTube channel and feel confident and after you leave your car there the surprises begin. I went there to spend 3 thousand reais, stg 2 on jetta 211cv which in the videos only 2 out of 60 were broken, but of course I was chosen to be the unlucky third, loss of almost 12 thousand reais! 3 times I went there I never saw Rafa, the engineer, which I think is very very very strange!!! I was well attended by Pedro, but he's always out of the shop, I found out that when the turbine broke he was out, so there's no rafa, there's no consultant taking care of your car, just any mechanic who accepts the house rules. Despite the break, the removal of the speed limiter was promised, which was not delivered, going back there and complaining, they fixed a thousand lies, they try to push another service (remap cambio + 3k) to fulfill something that was promised, and all preparers do normally that, they must have forgotten right!! And instead of 2 days in the repair shop, the car stayed for 3 weeks, look at the concern of these professionals, one week waiting for a new turbine, another to regulate westgate, and nothing about the car. When I removed it looked good but it soon started giving EPC error and going into safe mode, I spoke to Pedro again and he said they would solve my problem, but it's been 50 days since they returned, each time a new story, I GIVE UP!!! You guys won!! I ended up taking the car elsewhere (lemans, where the owner personally assisted me and helped me a lot) and spent another 4 thousand reais to remove the speed limiter and take out the errors that were left, with a rambio remap! In other words, they (Perfomance by Rafa) make you spend 11,500 reais for the car Limit the same thing as the original!! Geniuses!!! If you're unlucky that the car breaks down there, get ready because that's where their real breadwinner comes in!! They will intubate you for more expensive labor than São Paulo, there are 1440 real turbine exchange labor (plug in play) and not satisfied, charge for oil change (90) and coolant (270) ), and it's the same service!! They tried to push me a turbine for 6 thousand with my exchange base, and not internet the msm turbine costs 5250 reais, does that make sense or is it another attempt to scam the customers????!Like the naughty state/politician that taxes several times the same service! You can see from the reviews that the only ones who leave this workshop satisfied are those who don't understand much and just put a plug in play chip! Or any perfumery, for performance you can forget! They said that the car had 285whp but it had 270whp, lie there too! They didn't send a video or photo of the screen with the power, I found out in other equipment! Seriously thinking about bringing this garage to justice, because whoever spends 12 thousand for the car not to get well, also spends another 12 thousand with lawyers. This is all because they sympathized with my case according to Pedro, imagine if not?
