Fui procurar uma base e a vendedora estava questionando que a cor que eu queria não existia, sendo que sim, existe. Ou seja, não tem o conhecimento necessário pro setor. Depois ficou me perseguindo pela loja toda porque tinha que lacrar a embalagem. Eu sei como funciona, sou cliente desde o antigo endereço. Fiquei nervosa, esqueci muita coisa que ia pegar e não voltarei tão cedo, infelizmente, mas a gente não consegue comprar a vontade!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hj por incrível que pareça, me deparei com um atendimento totalmente voltado a atenção para mim, uma profissional que não está afim somente da comissão, ou do seu salário no final do mês, uma pessoa que realmente gosta de atender independente de quem vc seja ou de como está sendo o dia dela, por várias vezes já fui fazer compra de cosméticos lá e do mesmo jeito que já fui bem tratado várias vezes, teve vez que tinha várias meninas paradas e nem fizeram questão de olhar em mim ou não menos perguntar oque eu queria e isso quando não me atendia com uma falta de vontade. Mais hj quero agradecer a atendente Jhennifer que foi maravilhosa espero que chegue aos ouvidos dela. Parabéns Jhennifer pelo seu profissionalismo.
