★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um dia desses fui nessa perfumaria com meus cabelos descoloridos, e pedi a ajuda da uma atendente pra me mostrar um bom produto que platinasse os fios e ela me tratou com maior deboche, falando que nunca que meus cabelos iriam platinar, que eu podia pegar QUALQUER produto da loja que o cabelo não iria platinar, e ainda falou "O corredor do pó descolorante é ali", querendo dizer que eu tinha que descolorir/estragar ainda mais meu cabelo. Mas não acreditei nela (ainda bem), porque antes disso tinha visto que dava sim pra platinar no tom que meu cabelo estava! Talvez ela estivesse é com inveja que meu cabelo clareou em um tom super claro e não danificou tanto, não sei. Então eu mesma fui procurar produtos pra isso e hoje venho aqui falar que meu cabelo PLATINOU SIMMM E MUITO, ficou perfeito! Sem ter que descolorir, tá? Essa mulher só queria que eu danificasse mais o meu cabelo e em nenhum momento pensou em me ajudar a escolher um produto que me atendesse. Peço que tenha mais conhecimento em cabelos loiros antes de bostejar o que não sabe e também tenha mais empatia com os clientes! Não sei o nome da atendente mas um dia volto lá só pra perguntar e deixar registrado aqui.

One of these days I went to this perfumery with my bleached hair, and I asked the help of an attendant to show me a good product that would platinum the threads and she treated me with more debauchery, saying that my hair would never go platinum, that I could take ANY product of the store that the hair would not platinum, and also said "The corridor of the bleaching powder is there", meaning that I had to bleach / ruin my hair even more. But I didn't believe her (thankfully), because before that I had seen that I could really platinum in the tone my hair was in! Maybe she was jealous that my hair lightened in a super light tone and didn't damage that much, I don't know. So I went looking for products for it myself and today I come here to say that my hair PLATINOU SIMMM E VERY, it was perfect! Without having to discolor, okay? This woman just wanted me to damage my hair more and at no time did she think of helping me choose a product that would suit me. I ask that you have more knowledge on blond hair before you plant what you don't know and also have more empathy with customers! I don't know the name of the attendant, but one day I go back there just to ask and leave it here.
