Wonderful great attendant, the teller operator had a zero on the left, I hated his service, ignorant even more to serve the public, if it wasn't for the prisoner I would have given up on the purchase at the time

Traditional fragrance store with many options. It has a choice of sizes (mls or liters) and lots of scents. I buy specific scent to perfum the clothes in my store, I spray twice a day and it is super fragrant. I always buy the 1 liter option. Lovely freesia is what I use. Paid 44.98 in 1 liter

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente de vocês a uns 10 anos. Porém fui aí a umas 2 semanas, que atendimento péssimo, os atendentes do balcão num mau humor,cara fechada. A moça quase não respondia minhas perguntas, falei no chat do Instagram viram minha reclamação e nem se querer responderam ou pediram desculpas. Cliente hoje em dia não tá valendo nada....triste realidade dos comércios tradicionais da nossa cidade. Esquecem da boa qualidade do bom atendimento os seus clientes.
I've been a customer of yours for about 10 years. But I went there about 2 weeks ago, what a terrible service, the counter attendants were in a bad mood, closed face. The girl almost didn't answer my questions, I spoke in the Instagram chat they saw my complaint and didn't even want to answer or apologize. Customer nowadays is not worth anything....sad reality of the traditional shops in our city. They forget about the good quality of good service to their customers.
