Comprei um óleo caro da wella e por conhecer o produto constatei que não era o original, após tentar conversar com as meninas que estavam na loja, me garantiram que o produto era o original, que o cheiro era do original, mas quando eu perguntei se ela já tinha alguma vez utilizado o produto, disse que não RSS. Então como ela pode afirmar que o cheiro é do original sem nunca ter sequer utilizado o produto?! Eu utilizo o produto há anos.
Bad experience! I bought an expensive oil from wella and because I knew the product I found that it was not the original, after trying to talk to the girls who were in the store, they assured me that the product was the original, that the smell was of the original, but when I asked if she had ever used the product, said no RSS. So how can she claim that it smells like the original without ever having used the product?! I have been using the product for years.
