★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 19/11/2020 houve demora no atendimento por causa da recepcionista,ao chegar na clínica tentei entregar o encaminhamento e a recepcionista me entregou o número,ao questionar sobre o encaminhamento ela foi taxativa em dizer que era pra aguardar chamar pelo número... após três horas de espera por ouvir três vezes que deveria aguardar chamar na recepção pelo número então resolvi questionar,dei de cara com a realidade que já havia passado 30 pessoas na minha frente, só daí então é que fui atendido em todos os procedimentos em menos de 30 minutos, nada contra os médicos e especialidades e sim apenas atendimento na recepção,nem prioridade na coleta de sangue foi dada e fiquei nada menos que 15 horas em jejum para fazer a coleta de sangue, apenas isso.

After three hours of waiting to hear three times that I should wait to call the reception at the number, I decided to question, I came face to face with the reality that 30 people had passed in front of me, only then did I receive assistance in all procedures. less than 30 minutes, nothing against doctors and specialties, but only attendance at the reception, no priority in blood collection was given and I spent no less than 15 hours fasting to do blood collection, that's all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima cheguei às 6:40hs no local para um único atendimento clínico. Porém já são 9:30hs e a gracinha do médico não apareceu até agora.
É um absurdo esse descaso essa soberba em achar que temos que esperar a hora que for para atendimento.
Surreal....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima,não precisava ter uma funcionária tão arrogante e impaciente,a loira recepcionista foi muito deselegante com a funcionária novata uma morena que aparentemente está treinando.ela foi desrespeitosa com a colega de trabalho na frente dos pacientes que estava na janela pra passar documentos.pessimo isso deve se ter respeito com o colega de trabalho e os pacientes que ali estão.
Terrible, there was no need to have such an arrogant and impatient employee, the blonde receptionist was very ungainly with the new employee, a brunette who was apparently training. this must be respected with the co-worker and the patients who are there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, moroso e confuso entre as atendentes, a médica com atendimento arrastado e demorado de acordo com sua necessidade, médica conversando assunto irrelevantes com outras funcionárias durante o atendimento.
Terrible service, time-consuming and confusing among the attendants, the doctor with care that was dragged and delayed according to her need, the doctor talking irrelevant matters with other employees during the service.
