★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um balão com gás helio, o balão nitidamente veio com defeito pois o mesmo começou a secar, liguei para reclamar e o que me disseram foi que não podiam fazer nada, dando a entender inclusive que a culpa era minha. Reclamei no Instagram e meus comentários foram excluídos!
I bought a helium balloon, the balloon clearly came out defective because it started to dry, I called to complain and what they told me was that they couldn't do anything, even implying that it was my fault. I complained on Instagram and my comments were deleted!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As peças são lindas, e a dona foi muito simpática, mas o funcionário atende super mal, de cara feia, só dar atenção a quem é rico (ou quem ele acha que é rico). Um cliente a menos pode não fazer diferença para eles, mas eu não indico a ninguém.
The pieces are beautiful, and the owner was very nice, but the employee serves very badly, with an ugly face, only pay attention to who is rich (or who he thinks is rich). One less customer may not matter to them, but I don't recommend it to anyone.
