★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja do shopping de Hortolandia, atendimento grosseiro, mal respondeu o que perguntei e nem se quer olhou na minha cara enquanto eu estava falando com ele. Tipo não deu a mínima importância para o meu questionamento.
Também observei que enquanto eu procurava o tamado que eu precisava, uma vendedora ficou me olhando de cara feia pq eu estava bagunçado a pilha de roupas. Ela poderia ter me oferecido ajuda até pq eu estava com um bb no colo.
Não recomendo.
 Hortolandia mall store, rude service, barely answered what I asked and didn't even look at my face while I was talking to him. Guy didn't give a damn about my question.
I also noticed that while I was looking for the size I needed, a saleswoman glared at me because I was messing with the pile of clothes. She could have offered me help even because I had a baby on my lap.
I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento do vendedor que me atendeu foi bom a única coisa que tem que ser atualizada e as maquininha de cartão que não são nenhuma de aproximação porém o meu cartão e de aproximação não consegui comprar o que eu ia comprar por isso muitas das vezes a loja acabar perdendo cliente por conta disso achei muito estranho as maquininha não está atualizada por ser uma loja bem falada com muitos anos no mercado e por fim não está atualizada a maquininha para aproximação
The service of the salesperson who answered me was good the only thing that has to be updated and the card machines that are not approximation but my card and approximation I could not buy what I was going to buy so many times the store end up losing customers because of that I found it very strange the little machine is not up to date because it is a well-known store with many years in the market and finally the little machine is not updated for approximation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive nesta loja (26/02/22) com minha esposa. Ela fez uma compra e foi até o caixa pagar, a loja estava vazia, os caixas não tinha nenhum funcionários, ela ficou esperando até que veio uma funcionária que estava na frente da loja para atendê-la. Uma coisa que nos chamou atenção mas para o negativo, a pessoa que deveria nos atender, suspostamente a caixa, ao invés de fazer seu serviços, estava falando mal do seu parceiro comercial, ouvimos em alto e bom som, ela falar para a colega de trabalho, que os produtos da Jequiti Cosmético que é vendido dentro das lojas Pernambucanas é péssimo, fedorentos, enfim. Ou seja, ela estava difamando uma parceira comercial, imagina, se fossemos algum diretor ou representante da empresa e ouvíssemos uma funcionária (o) falando o que ela estava falando sobre os meus produtos, como iriamos reagir. Já pensaram nisso! Isso mostra falta de treinamento, educação e comprometimento do funcionário. Precisa deixar claro que local de trabalho não é local para fofocas tão pouco para emitir opiniões de difamação de marcas ou produtos que se vende, se ela que vende fala isso, imagina o cliente o que ele vai achar ou pensar? Se não tem trabalho, deveria procuar acredito que o estoque da loja precisa ser organizado, limpo assim não teria tempo para emitir opinião e falar mal dos produtos comercializado na empresa. Ocorrido na Lojas Pernambucanas "Shopping Atrium".
I was in this store (26/02/22) with my wife. She made a purchase and went to the cashier to pay, the store was empty, the cashiers did not have any employees, she was waiting until an employee who was in front of the store came to serve her. One thing that caught our attention, but for the negative, the person who was supposed to serve us, supposedly the cashier, instead of doing his services, was talking badly about his business partner, we heard loud and clear, her talking to her colleague work, that the products of Jequiti Cosmético that are sold inside stores in Pernambuco are terrible, smelly, in short. In other words, she was defaming a business partner, imagine, if we were a director or representative of the company and we heard an employee saying what she was saying about my products, how would we react. Already thought about it! This shows a lack of employee training, education and commitment. You need to make it clear that the workplace is not a place for gossip, nor to issue opinions of defamation of brands or products that are sold, if she who sells says that, can you imagine what the customer will think or think? If you don't have a job, you should look for it. I believe that the store's stock needs to be organized, clean so that you don't have time to express an opinion and speak ill of the products sold by the company. It took place at Lojas Pernambucanas "Shopping Atrium".
