★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faz mais de 3 meses que estou tentando cancelar o cartão de minha mãe que faleceu e nada. Recebo inúmeras cobranças, o nome dela foi incluso no órgão de proteção ao crédito e protestado, fui duas vezes a loja física, liguei na central e enviei e-mail. Nada do meu problema ser resolvido.
Atendimento em loja física é péssimo, vários funcionários sem fazer nada e no caixa é uma demora.
Número que está aqui só da que não existe. NÃO RECOMENDO. DARIA ZERO ESTRELAS, MAS NÃO É POSSÍVEL.
I've been trying to cancel my mother's card for over 3 months and nothing. I receive numerous charges, her name was included in the credit protection agency and protested, I went to the physical store twice, called the central and sent an e-mail. None of my problem is resolved.
Service in physical stores is terrible, several employees doing nothing and the checkout is a delay.
Number that is here only from the one that doesn't exist. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS, BUT IT IS NOT POSSIBLE.
