★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho ruim que o caixa fique no segundo piso. Para pessoas com deficiência ou dificuldades de locomoção é um transtorno.
I think it's bad that the cashier is on the second floor. For people with disabilities or walking difficulties it is a nuisance.

Entrei, fiquei por uns minutos a vontade conhecendo a loja e os produtos, fui muito bem atendida por algumas funcionárias que estavam na parte de baixo, disso não tenho o que reclamar... Selecionei alguns produtos de meu interesse e fui a parte de cima (que é onde ficam os caixas) lá selecionei outros produtos de meu interesse e fiquei na fila respeitando a marcação de distanciamento indicada no chão, até então uma única cliente estava sendo atendida, isso contando que aparentemente existiam três caixas com três funcionárias e as três estavam apenas atendendo a única cliente que estava na minha frente. Dei mais uma volta na parte de cima e retornei a fila.. daí já conta mais de 30 minutos... Insisti pois queria levar os produtos aguardei o tempo na fila... Mas nesse período ninguém veio pelo menos me avisar o motivo da demora ou se quer um olhar de "você pode aguardar mais uns minutos estamos tendo alguns problemas aqui" não, não teve nada disso. Saí sem os produtos que eu gostaria devido ao péssimo atendimento do caixa.
Obs: E quem quiser existe a lojas Americanas e a Riachuelo... São os mesmos produtos só que o atendimento do caixa é bom.
Nice store, variety of both values and cool products... I went in, I was at ease for a few minutes getting to know the store and the products, I was very well attended by some employees who were at the bottom, I have nothing to complain about.. . I selected some products of interest to me and went to the top (which is where the cashiers are) there I selected other products of interest and I stood in line respecting the distance marking indicated on the floor, until then only one customer was being served, that's counting that apparently there were three cashiers with three employees and the three were just taking care of the only customer that was in front of me. I went around the top one more time and went back to the queue... then it's been more than 30 minutes... I insisted because I wanted to take the products, I waited for the time in the queue... But during this period no one came to at least let me know the reason for the delay or if you want a look of "you can wait a few more minutes we're having some problems here" no, there wasn't any of that. I left without the products I would like due to the poor cashier service.
Note: And whoever wants to, there are Americanas stores and Riachuelo... They are the same products, but the checkout service is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja em si e linda, mais o atendimento e pessimo, os funcionarios atendendo e mechendo no celular e uma coisa muito chata e deselegante para uma loja nova e daquele tamanho, piso de cima e os caixas que salvam a loja com a atencao e profissionalismo deles,porque o piso de baixo e a negacao,povo cara fechada nao da um bom dia e ainda por cima fica no celular o tempo todo, nao sabe se atende ou fica no celular.
The store itself is beautiful, but the service is terrible, the employees answering and fiddling with their cell phones is a very boring and inelegant thing for a new store of that size, upstairs and the cashiers that save the store with their attention and professionalism of them, because the downstairs is denial, people with a closed face don't have a good day and on top of that they stay on their cell phone all the time, they don't know if they answer or stay on their cell.

The service is terrible, the attendants don't even seem to want to sell, they don't pay attention, it discourages even buying something there.
