★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até o presente momento, darei apenas 2 estrelas, compramos o imóvel na reserva IPOJUCA em 18 de novembro 2021, fizemos todos os procedimentos, mas, a mesma entraria de recesso dia 22 de dezembro 2021, dizendo voltar às atividades dia 2 de Janeiro 2022. Já teremos de pagar a primeira parcela agora dia 5 de Janeiro 2022, sem estar no apartamento. Vamos ver se ainda esse mês consigo as chaves do imóvel e se ocorre tudo nos conformes, acontecendo, volto e falo para vocês sobre a minha experiência.
So far, I will only give 2 stars, we bought the property in the IPOJUCA reservation on November 18, 2021, we did all the procedures, but it would go into recess on December 22, 2021, saying it would return to activities on January 2, 2022. We will already have to pay the first installment now on January 5th, 2022, without being in the apartment.
