O aconchego do shopping é acrescido de um bom café espresso para os clientes, oferecido pelas sempre atenciosas e solícitas consultoras. No entanto, vale ressaltar que a loja principal, em Itabaiana, continua imbatível em tamanho e variedade. Recomendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brinco com defeito , fui a loja mais de uma vez , na primeira não levei o cupom porém a vendedora que me vendeu sabia quem eu era, na segunda vez que fui a vendedora não acreditou em mim. Me fez aguardar pela supervisão e eu pensei que resolveria porém a mesma me fez passar a maior vergonha pois a mesma ainda simulou que eu poderia ter alterado o produto. Fui constragida em meio a outros clientes e pessoas que trabalham na loja. Um investimento que me levou a uma grande decepção e arrependimento.
Comprei um brinco para minha filha de 6 meses , seria o segundo brinco dela depois de recém-nascido, porém a tarracha não prende no brinco . A atendente simulou que eu troquei a tarracha do brinco , e me senti completamente constragida pois não me passaria a algo por tão pouco. Não imaginei que uma loja como essa me faria tal ofensa. Um abuso, passei um uma atende e uma supervisora que na frente de todos os cliente fez parece que eu estava roubando algo. Um brinco de ouro e com garantia comprado a menos de 1 mês. Absurdo !!! Lamentável.

Defective earring, I went to the store more than once, the first time I didn't take the coupon but the saleswoman who sold it to me knew who I was, the second time I went the saleswoman didn't believe me. It made me wait for supervision and I thought it would solve it, but it made me feel the greatest shame because it still simulated that I could have changed the product. I was embarrassed in the midst of other customers and people who work in the store. An investment that led me to great disappointment and regret.
I bought an earring for my 6 month old daughter, it would be her second earring after a newborn, but the stud doesn't stick to the earring. The attendant simulated that I changed the earring stud, and I felt completely embarrassed because I wouldn't change myself for so little. I did not imagine that a store like this would do me such an offense. An abuse, I passed an answer and a supervisor who in front of all the customers made it look like I was stealing something. A gold earring with warranty purchased less than 1 month ago. Absurd!!! Unfortunate.
Shopping Jardim de Sergipe store. A shame.
