Liguei pedindo uma informação, (aluguel de roupa), me disseram que havia, me desloquei de minha cidade, ao chegar no estabelecimento fui mal atendimento por um Senhor, e ainda por cima o que queria não havia mais disponível para o aluguel, sendo que quando liguei uns 20 minutos antes, ela teria e teria até reservado!
The place is structurally very beautiful, but the service left something to be desired!
I called asking for information (clothing rental), they told me there was, I moved from my city, when I arrived at the establishment I was poorly attended to by a gentleman, and on top of that, what I wanted was no longer available for rent, since when I called about 20 minutes earlier, she would have and would have even booked!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Liguei pra loja dizendo que ia chegar antes das 18h E as atendentes disseram que iam me esperar, cheguei 17h59 e já estava fechado. Ridículo. Saí de cachoeira paulista só pra isso.
Terrible. I called the store saying that I would arrive before 18h And the attendants said they would wait for me, I arrived at 17:59 and was already closed. Ridiculous. I left São Paulo waterfall just for that.
