★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oficina bem enrolada, você faz orçamento, não escrevem o que está orçado em papel e quando volta para efetuar o serviço, o preço não é mais o orçado. Executa serviço, emite nota fiscal, e passado alguns dia verifico que o produto instalado não confere com a nota fiscal. Reclamo com eles, e eles insinuam que foi eu que troquei as peças para reclamar depois. Cara de pau.

Fins de semana bem movimentado, o ideal é agendar!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um alinhamento é balanceamento ,é o mecânico deixou o parafuso da barra de direção folgado; liberaram meu veículo mesmo assim. Depois voltei lá pra consertar o erro cometido, mas ele não alinharam meu veículo outra vez..
Aí eu ti pergunto nesse caso alinhamento valeu??
No meu ponto de vista não...mais como todo serviço e com nota fiscal, tenho prova do serviço prestado; e eu não vou perde o valor prestado pelo serviço.afinal todos nós conhecemos os nossos direitos.

Then I ask you in this case alignment was it worth??
In my point of view, no...more like any service and with an invoice, I have proof of the service provided; and I will not lose the value provided by the service.after all, we all know our rights.
