★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente, péssima experiência. Vários detalhes me deixaram insatisfeita desde o começo, mas conversamos sobre melhorias, e dei chance para fazerem o serviço até o final. O sr Cícero foi extremamente GROSSEIRO e se alterou dentro da minha casa, chegando a chamar o meu marido de malandro, quando questionamos que o vidro colocado não era de 9mm, como prometido. Achou que éramos ignorantes no assunto e tentou nos ENGANAR, mas meu marido trabalhou 6 anos em indústria de vidro, inclusive inspecionando qualidade. Além de evidentemente NÃO ser PROFISSIONAL, não ser absolutamente cuidadoso (Não era um apartamento em construção, moramos aqui, com coisas, pisos...que queríamos que fossem mais respeitados), é muito mal educado. Vieram três vezes para fazer o serviço e logo na primeira eu observei ao responsável a falta de EPI dos funcionários, mesmo assim continuaram sem usá-los. Não se quebra vidros sem um óculos, uma luva, qualquer proteção! Isso para não mencionar outros RISCOS corridos e as GAMBIARRAS feitas demonstrando absoluto AMADORISMO. Não sou exigente demais, sei que reforma é estressante e sempre deixa alguma coisa a desejar. As janelas foram entregues, não ficou tão ruim, mas não foi o que ele me vendeu e o processo todo foi muito estressante. Se você está procurando um serviço profissional do começo ao fim, não indico. Agora, pela grosseria, falta de educação, tentativa de enganação, mentiras e acusação, ele deveria ser tirado do mercado.

Mr. Cícero was extremely THICK and changed inside my house, even calling my husband a trickster, when we questioned that the glass placed was not 9mm, as promised. He thought we were ignorant on the subject and tried to CHEAT us, but my husband worked 6 years in the glass industry, including inspecting quality. In addition to evidently NOT being PROFESSIONAL, not being absolutely careful (It was not an apartment under construction, we live here, with things, floors ... we wanted them to be more respected), it is very rude. They came three times to do the job and the first time I noticed the lack of PPE of the employees, but they still did not use them. You can't break glass without glasses, a glove, any protection! Not to mention other RISKS taken and GAMBIARRAS made showing absolute AMATEURING. I'm not too demanding, I know that retirement is stressful and always leaves something to be desired. The windows were delivered, it wasn't too bad, but it wasn't what he sold me and the whole process was very stressful. If you are looking for a professional service from start to finish, I don't recommend it. Now, due to the rudeness, lack of education, attempted deceit, lies and accusation, he should be removed from the market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Cícero das Persianas Potiguar é bom de papo para fechar o contrato, porém no decorrer do trabalho você percebe um serviço ruim e incompleto. Não cumpre com o combinado. Não respeita horário, marca e não aparece. Um conselho...faça um bom contrato para poder cobrar judicialmente depois, como no meu caso. Péssimo profissional, não recomendo.
Cícero das Persianas Potiguar is good at talking to close the contract, however during the work you notice a poor and incomplete service. Does not comply with the agreement. It does not respect time, schedule and does not appear. An advice ... make a good contract to be able to collect in court later, as in my case. Lousy professional, do not recommend.
