★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não de vemos nem chamar de empresa, pois a mesma só atende o telefone na hora de receber o pagamento. Efetuei a compra de uma tenda que foi entregue com muito atraso, durando apenas 2 meses, já começou a rasgar todinha. Estou a 11 meses tentando resolver esse problema e até o momento nenhuma solução, o que me leva a crer que o material é de péssima qualidade, não valendo de nada a garantia que nos passam de 3 anos, parece até piada. Não indico a ninguem!!!
We do not see or call a company, as it only answers the phone when receiving payment. I purchased a tent that was delivered very late, lasting only 2 months, it has already started to tear up. I have been trying to solve this problem for 11 months and so far no solution, which leads me to believe that the material is of very poor quality, with no guarantee given by us for 3 years, it seems like a joke. I don't recommend anyone !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tirando o fato da má qualidade do pós venda, onde não há respeito. Não nos atendem. Nem cumpriram o prazo de entrega comigo...mas o produto em si e a instalação ficaram bem bacanas. Ficou como eu pedi.
Except for the poor quality of the after sales, where there is no respect. They don't serve us. They didn't even meet the delivery deadline with me ... but the product itself and the installation were very nice. It was as I asked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior de todas as empresas, não cumpre prazo e nem entregou meu produto é mais dois vizinhos do condomínio, estamos em processo judicial contra essa empresa, não caiu no golpe dessa empresa!!!
The worst of all companies, doesn't meet deadline and didn't even deliver my product is two more neighbors of the condominium, we are in legal process against this company, didn't fall for this company's coup!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efetuei uma compra no dia 01 prometeram de entregar e instalar tá c uma semana todo dia e uma desculpa diferente só enrolando só enrolando, na hora de fechar a venda é rápido pagamos 50% e agora ninguém atende ninguém da retorno não cumprem o prazo não retorna não indico para ninguém só se quiser ter problema
I made a purchase on the 1st they promised to deliver and install it's been a week every day and a different excuse just rolling around just rolling around, when closing the sale it's fast we pay 50% and now no one answers no one in return they don't meet the deadline they don't return I don't recommend it to anyone only if you want to have a problem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa que me deu só problemas, agendou entrega seis vezes, sem aparecer e nem dar satisfação, quando entregou, depois de muita briga, entregou o serviço incompleto, toldo ficou torto está empenando, mal pintado, acabamento de péssima qualidade.....SÓ DOR DE CABEÇA!!!!!!Vou ter que contratar outra empresa para finalizar o serviço e tentar cancelar o parcelamento do cartão de crédito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está sendo pessima, prometeram para entregar uma pequeno todo de 2,60 x 1,50 com 20 dias já está com 23 dias e nada de ser entregue , agendaram 3 vezes para fazer essa montagem e até agora nada mil e uma desculpa só não desisto por quer já paguei 50% do Serviço . Não recomendo Não indico e Nunca mais farei algo .
It's been terrible, they promised to deliver a small whole of 2.60 x 1.50 with 20 days, it's already 23 days old and nothing to be delivered, they scheduled 3 times to do this assembly and so far nothing a thousand and one excuse I just don't give up because I already paid 50% of the Service.
