★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiramente agendaram a avaliação ontem dia 06/05 uma segunda feira e reagendaram para hoje alegando a unidade estar em reforma. Quando retornarmos hoje vimos o recado na porta que não há atendimento nas segundas feiras. Segundo o agendamento era para 15h e até 15h45 hora que saímos não havia a previsão da chamada já que havia um paciente em atendimento e uma paciente na frente ainda. Total descaso com o cliente. E sem convênio com o estacionamento do local.
Firstly they scheduled the evaluation yesterday 06/05 a Monday and rescheduled for today claiming the unit is under renovation. When we return today we saw the message on the door that there is no service on Mondays. According to the schedule it was for 3pm and until 3:45 p.m. we left there was no call forecast since there was one patient in attendance and one patient in the front still. Total disregard for the customer. And without agreement with the parking of the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha esposa levou meu filho no ano passado para fazer uma avaliação, o atendimentos dos profissionais é ótimo, o conceito da palmilha parece funcionar, porém as palmilhas chegaram e meu filho começou a usá-las. Depois de 2 meses usando percebemos que os pés dele estava ficando o calcanhar de fora, entramos em contato com a clínica, a fisioterapeuta percebeu que as medidas não estavam corretas, fez correção. Enfim chegaram as palmilhas mas não tinha mais a garantia, então não sei se as correções que foram realizadas foram corretas, ficaram de me contatar mas não houve este contato. Está usando mais ainda reclama de dores nos pés. Um produto bem caro, mas não houve um acompanhamento da clínica e nem da fisioterapeuta que fez a avaliação. Não recomendo.
My wife took my son last year to make an assessment, the service from the professionals is great, the insole concept seems to work, but the insoles arrived and my son started using them. After 2 months using it we realized that his feet were getting the heel out, we contacted the clinic, the physiotherapist realized that the measurements were not correct, he made a correction. Anyway the insoles arrived but I no longer had the guarantee, so I don't know if the corrections that were made were correct, they were to contact me but there was no contact. He is wearing even more complains of pain in his feet. A very expensive product, but there was no monitoring by the clinic or by the physiotherapist who performed the evaluation. I do not recommend.

Cheguei no local no horário previamente marcado com a unidade e me falaram que na verdade não funcionava por horário marcado e sim por hora de chegada, ou seja eu ia ter que esperar uma hora para ser atendida. Perdi meu tempo e dinheiro, já que mesmo assim tive que pagar estacionamento!
Horrible! I arrived at the place at the time previously scheduled with the unit and they told me that it didn't actually work by appointment, but by arrival time, that is, I would have to wait an hour to be attended. I wasted my time and money as I still had to pay for parking!
