A imobiliária cobrou o valor de r$ 140 em uma 'pandemia' para pintar um teto minúsculo, depois nos informou que a pia do banheiro estava vazando água, mas a mesma se encontrava normal até o dia da entrega da chave foi cobrado r$ 40 para arrumar a pia já tem três meses que saímos da casa e eles não devolvem o valor do depósito! ( o dia que entregamos a chave a imobiliária foi fazer a vistoria e que estava tudo "ok" uma semana depois nós informou todo esses " problemas "queria que nós pagassemos por tudo!!!
