Pedi um banho e tosa higiênica. Rasparam todo o rosto do cachorro dizendo que era a tosa padrão. Meu cachorro ficou todo peludo e com o rosto raspado.
HORRÍVEL.
I DIDN'T LIKE IT, DO NOT RECOMMEND!
I asked for a bath and hygienic grooming. They shaved the dog's face, saying it was the standard grooming. My dog got all hairy and his face shaved.
HORRIBLE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do serviço, o cachorro parece que nem banho tomou, não voltou cheirosa, não limparam as orelhas e nem cortaram as unhas.
I didn't like the service, the dog looks like he hadn't even had a bath, he didn't come back smelling, he didn't clean his ears or cut his nails.
