My dog arrived full of us they had more patience and affection with her they used good products her fur was soft smelling beautiful and good price very friendly attendants I was very satisfied I will come back other times for sure

E ela nunca teve carrapatos, moramos em um sobrado independente e só temos ela de pet!
Very upset, my dog went to take a bath for Christmas and we spent time pulling ticks, really upset!
And she never had ticks, we live in an independent house and we only have her as a pet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima experiência, foi a primeira e última vez que mandei minha cadelinha para tomar banho neste local. Infelizmente não tenho como provar, mas minha cachorra voltou do local cheia de carrapatos. Mandei mensagem e só recebi um pedido de desculpas. Fora os R$ 50,00 que paguei pelo banho, agora estou tendo gastos com medicação para acabar com a infestação em uma cachorra já idosa. Isso é absurdo, pois é um parasita que pode prejudicar não só a saúde do animal como a saúde da família ao redor, é muita falta de responsabilidade para com os cães e clientes...
I had a terrible experience, it was the first and last time I sent my dog to take a bath in this place. Unfortunately I can't prove it, but my dog came back from the place full of ticks. I texted and just got an apology. Apart from the R$ 50.00 I paid for the bath, I am now having to spend on medication to end the infestation in an elderly dog. This is absurd, as it is a parasite that can harm not only the animal's health but also the health of the family around it, it is very lacking in responsibility towards dogs and customers...
