 super caring staff with our furry puppies and the owner is super friendly and affectionate with peludinhos and do an excellent job of grooming and bath! My peludinhos out super beautiful and fragrant there! We are loyal customers and love it !! ???

I don't know with the other customers, but my pet lacks a bit of whimsy. In the last bath, not even a bow was put on her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente estou decepcionada com o serviço de banho. Levei minha cachorra pela primeira vez e ela veio como se não tivesse tomado banho. Veio chorosa por conta do perfume, mas sequer escovaram o pelo da cachorra. Só fizeram secar de muita má vontade e pronto. Até eu faria melhor, nenhuma vez que levei minha cachorra para banho
em outros lugares veio assim. Ela sempre vem com o pelo macio e escovado. Nunca mais levarei lá!
I'm just disappointed with the bath service. I took my dog for the first time and she came as if she hadn't showered. She came tearful because of the perfume, but they didn't even brush the dog's fur. They just made it dry grudgingly and that was it. Even I would do better, not once I took my dog to a bath
in other places it came like this. She always comes with soft, brushed fur. I'll never take it there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O trabalho de banho e tosa é bem feito, nada a reclamar, mas qualquer um destes serviços demora duas horas e meia para ser executado, seja banho, seja tosa, eles pedem todo esse tempo para executar o serviço. Fica cansativo para os animais ficarem naquelas gaiolas tão pequenas por tanto tempo.
