O cara super agitado, olhando pro relógio, penteando meu dog com força, machucou cortando a unha...
Sem falar nos equipamentos de secar o animal, EXTREMAMENTE BARULHENTO, o funcionário até usa protetor auricular por causa do barulho, imagine pra audição super apurada dos animais?
Não recomendo pra ninguém e nunca mais volto, meu dog merece um atendimento de quem entende das necessidades de um bicho de estimação.
Aqui na Av Cardeal da Silva as pessoas já tinham me falado sobre isso, mas fui pagar pra ver...
Espero que alguém tome providências!

Atenção e organização para com o cliente, é zero.
