★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CLÍNICA SEM NENHUMA CONSIDERAÇÃO COM O CLIENTE! O veterinário é super grosso. Cortou a boca da minha gatinha quando foi dar o remédio de verme e saiu até sangue, sorte dele eu não ter metido um processo. Na data 07/05 às 8h30 fui levar uma gatinha para passar por uma avaliação e só tinha uma atendente atendendo uma cliente, a clínica não possui estacionamento e o meu motorista ficou me esperando lá fora, enquanto a atendente ficava conversando com uma cliente sobre assuntos pessoais, a cliente tirando foto da gata dela, fazendo super hora e em vez da atendente ir agilizando o meu atendimento sabendo da minha situação com o motorista, que eu já tinha explicado a situação para ela, mas mesmo assim me ignorou e ficava puxando assunto com a cliente, parece que era de propósito, ela ficava falando sobre redes sociais e coisas pessoais, batendo papo, e me fazendo esperar, não fez nenhum esforço de chamar outra pessoa para me atender ou agilizar meu atendimento enquanto a outra cliente ficava batendo foto da gata dela. Enfim, perderam uma cliente. Eu tinha vacinas para dar em 4 gatas, 1 castração e dava banhos mensais em 6 animais. NUNCA MAIS PISO NESSA CLÍNICA. Pior clínica de Cajazeiras. NÃO PISEM LÁ.
CLINIC WITHOUT ANY CUSTOMER CONSIDERATION! The vet is super thick. He cut off my kitten's mouth when he went to give the worm medicine and it even came out in blood, lucky that I didn't file a lawsuit. On 07/05 at 8:30 am I took a kitten to undergo an evaluation and there was only one attendant attending a client, the clinic has no parking and my driver was waiting for me outside, while the attendant was talking to a client about matters personal, the client taking a picture of her cat, doing super hours and instead of the attendant go to speed up my service knowing my situation with the driver, that I had already explained the situation to her, but even so she ignored me and kept talking about it with the client, it seems that it was on purpose, she kept talking about social networks and personal things, chatting, and making me wait, she made no effort to call someone else to assist me or speed up my service while the other client kept taking pictures of her cat. Anyway, they lost a client. I had vaccinations to give to 4 cats, 1 spay and gave monthly baths to 6 animals. NEVER MORE FLOOR IN THIS CLINIC. Worst clinic in Cajazeiras. DO NOT STEP THERE.
