Sempre fomos muito bem atendidos e a nossa cadelinha também.
Nossa cadelinha toma banho toda semana e sempre volta cheirosa e enfeitada.
O atendimento é diferenciado.
Recomendo bastante.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre gostei de lá pelo bom serviço e tratamento com meu cachorro, mas da última vez que levei não cortaram a unha do meu cachorro, inclusive ele está aqui tentando roer de tanto que incomoda. Fui reclamar que não fizeram um bom serviço recomendaram procurar a “Petz que lá é TOP”. Descaso com cliente. Não recomendo. Nunca mais levo ele lá. Não sabem aceitar bem as críticas quando não fazem o serviço direito. Deixei até fotos das unhas cortadas e a quinta unha a qual reclamei e não foi cortada da pra ver claramente a ponta da unha está diferente das outras. Como a própria resposta deles quer bem feito leva em outro lugar pq ali não fazem.
Meu cachorro é daqueles que gostam de brincar pulando e agarrando na perna com as patas tipo abraçando. Com essas unhas de gavião fica arranhando e ferindo as pernas da gente que é adulto, imagina uma criança pq como pode ver na minha foto tenho um filho. Que o cachorro gosta de brincar pulando tb nele.
I've always liked it there for the good service and treatment of my dog, but the last time I took my dog they didn't cut my dog's nails, even he's here trying to chew because it bothers me so much. I went to complain that they didn't do a good service, they recommended looking for “Petz that there is TOP”. Customer neglect. I do not recommend. I'll never take him there again. They don't know how to take criticism well when they don't do the job right. I even left pictures of the nails cut and the fifth nail that I complained about was not cut so you can clearly see the tip of the nail is different from the others. As their own answer wants it well done, take it elsewhere because they don't do it there.
My dog is one of those who likes to play jumping and grabbing his leg with his paws, like hugging. With those hawk nails it scratches and hurts the legs of people who are adults, imagine a child because as you can see in my photo I have a son. That the dog likes to play jumping on it too.
