★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrível, pior tosa que já vi na vida, era só para baixar o pelo, meu pet ficou com caminho de rato, pelo desnivelado, partes sem tosar e quando reclamei a única coisa que fizeram foi se desculpar. Nunca mais uso nenhum serviço desse pet shop. Não recomendo a ninguém.
Terrible, the worst cough I've ever seen, it was only to lower my hair, my pet was left with a rat's way, uneven parts, no cuts, and when I complained the only thing they did was apologize. I never use any service from this pet shop. Would not recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior tosa que já vi algum pet fazer, era só para baixar o pelo, fizeram ninho de rato no meu pet, corte todo irregular, desnivelado, muito mal feito. Não me ressarciram, não volto nem recomendo esse pet. Pior serviço que já usei.
Worst cough I ever saw any pet do, it was just to lower their hair, they made a nest of rat in my pet, cut all irregular, uneven, very badly done. They do not reimburse me, I do not go back nor recommend this pet. Worst service I have ever used.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ligamos para a loja para saber se poderíamos levar nosso gatinho para banhar e tosar. Avisaram que poderíamos ir, que não tinha nenhum outro pet. Chegamos lá em menos de 5 minutos e fizemos o cadastro. Logo em seguida chegaram 2 cachorrinhos também para banho. A moça que nos atendeu informou que dentro de 1hora o serviço seria finalizado. Ao passar de 1 hora recebemos uma mensagem que o serviço iria demorar mais um pouco, que a tosa estava sendo feita devagar porque o gatinho estava assustado com os cachorros. Concordamos. Depois de mais 1h voltamos para pegar nosso gatinho e fomos surpreendidos com a noticia de que não havia nem sido iniciado o serviço no gatinho. Reclamamos do atendimento e pegamos o gatinho para levar para casa, sem o banho e a tosa, já que fomos informados que ainda demoraria, já que estavam atendendo os cachorros que chegaram depois. Achamos uma falta de respeito muito grande com a gente e falta de profissionalismo por parte da empresa. Não recomendamos a empresa.
We called the store to see if we could take our kitten for a bath and grooming. They told us that we could go, that we didn't have any other pets. We got there in less than 5 minutes and registered. Soon after, 2 puppies also arrived for bathing. The girl who attended us informed that within 1 hour the service would be finished. After 1 hour we received a message that the service would take a little longer, that the grooming was being done slowly because the kitten was scared of the dogs. We agree. After another 1 hour we returned to pick up our kitten and were surprised by the news that the service had not even started on the kitten. We complained about the service and took the kitten home, without bathing and grooming, as we were told that it would still take time, since they were taking care of the dogs that arrived later. We think there is a great lack of respect for us and a lack of professionalism on the part of the company. We do not recommend the company.
