★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço de banho e tosa foram bons, MAS a experiência desagradável: quando cheguei falaram que era R$70 reais (banho e tosa), quis pagar logo, mandaram eu pagar só no final, quando voltei para pagar, cobrou R$82 (ainda cobram a porcentagem da máquininha). Além de tudo isso, quando cheguei em casa, meu PET foi sedento por água, provávelmente não se atentaram a isso também! Não voltarei a usar o serviço deles novamente.
The grooming service was good, BUT the unpleasant experience: when I arrived they said it was R$70 reais (bath and grooming), I wanted to pay right away, they told me to pay only at the end, when I came back to pay, they charged R$82 (they still charge the percentage of the machine). On top of all that, when I got home, my PET was thirsty for water, they probably didn't pay attention to that either! I will not be using their service again.
