Porém quando mudou começou a palhaçada, meus cachorros vão pra tosa e voltam machucados, voltam com a tosa toda torta além de demorar horrores pra trazer eles.
Hoje tive minha última experiência, meu cachorro foi, voltou com o pelo enorme, pedi pra pegarem e refazer, (refizeram). MEU DOG VOLTOU COM AS PERNAS E BARRIGA TODA FERIDA.
FIZERAM DE PROPÓSITO, SO PQ PEDI PRA REFAZEREM.
NUNCA MAIS. ?
I always sent my dogs to the previous owner, they were great.
But when it changed, the clowning started, my dogs go to the grooming and come back injured, they come back with the tosa all crooked in addition to taking horrors to bring them.
Today I had my last experience, my dog went, came back with huge fur, I asked them to take it and redo it (they remade it). MY DOG CAME BACK WITH HIS LEGS AND BELLY WOUNDED.
THEY DID IT ON PURPOSE, JUST BECAUSE I ASKED IT TO REDO.
NEVER. ?

Bom ontem foi a primeira vez que meu Pet tomou banho e tosa higiênica na Esquina Animal, a experiência não foi mto boa pois meu Pet chegou todo machucado , veio o caminho todo chorando e eu achando que ele estava com cede, cheguei em casa dei água pra ele porém ele continuo chorando e lambendo as partes íntimas dele e fui ver o pq ele estava reclamando tanto, rabinho machucado, testiculos machucados, a carinha machucada só sei que foi um sacrifício para ele parar de chorar, tive que comprar uma pomada e passar nas regiões machucadas. Não é o primeiro banho dele , ele sempre toma em um Pet porém ontem infelizmente estava fechado e pela indicação de uma moça onde agente foi lavar o carro agente acabou aceitando a indicação . Meu Pet está super assustado, recusando carinho e quando toca por exemplo no pescocinho dele ele quer morder e ele nunca tentou nos morder. Então hoje resolvi pesquisar sobre vocês porém vi que vcs atendem super bem e quase nenhuma reclamação, não sei o que aconteceu , talvez foi um mal dia pra vcs e meu Pet que sofreu . Mais espero de verdade que vcs não faça isso com outro animalzinho pois agente cria nossos pets com amor e agente não quer ver eles sofrendo. Espero que entendam meu comentário pois eu não pedi desconto, não reclamei de preço eu confiei no trabalho de vcs e fui decepcionada!

It's not his first bath, he always takes a Pet but yesterday unfortunately it was closed and by the indication of a girl where we went to wash the car, we ended up accepting the indication. My Pet is super scared, refusing affection and when he touches his neck, for example, he wants to bite and he never tried to bite us. So today I decided to research about you, but I saw that you serve very well and almost no complaints, I don't know what happened, maybe it was a bad day for you and my Pet who suffered. But I really hope you don't do this with another pet because we create our pets with love and we don't want to see them suffering. I hope you understand my comment because I didn't ask for a discount, I didn't complain about the price I trusted your work and I was disappointed!
