★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um local que fica indignado quando um cachorro faz suas necessidades no local errado não está preparado para cuidar de animais. Talvez a proprietária deveria mudar para um outro tipo de público. Animais são irracionais, não sabem o que fazem, diferente da proprietária, que escolheu ser grosseira e mal educada gratuitamente. Levem os seus bichos em um local onde ENTENDEM de bicho. Nesse, não entendem nem de bicho e nem de atendimento ao cliente. Sem contar do áudio que a Gisele me mandou depois me chamando de grossa, sendo que eu sou uma pessoa apenas reservada. Um sorriso e um bom dia achei que já era necessário, além de ter falado que meu cachorros, dois idosos super calmos era mau educados como a dona.
Moema eh um lugar com pets excepcionais, optem por locais mais flexíveis com seus pets.

Ao contrário do depoimento da proprietária, meu cachorro não fez coco na pet dela, e conforme escrevi acima eu me ofereci para limpar o xixi, que foi apenas um xixi de marcar território. Mas, cada um sabe o que fala.

Dou banho...super prático pra mim. Se preciso de alguma coisa, comida, petisco, brinquedo, etc... é só eu atravessar a rua. As meninas são super gente boa.

I bathe ... super practical for me. If I need anything, food, snacks, toys, etc ... just cross the street. The girls are super good people.

Sem contar que sempre somos muito bem recebidas, temos a Lucy e a Lisa ( beagle e a uma dauchaund mini) que já sabem o caminho certinho, pois toda vez que chegam lá recebem um monte de carinho e ainda ganham petisquinhos!!! Uma loja sem duvidas com tudo que precisamos e com atendimento incrível !!! Vocês são d+!!! Obrigada por sempre nos receberem tão bem !! Pode ir e conferir, não irão se arrepender !!! ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelo jeito as pessoas gostam, mas acho que são só as que não tem critério de bom atendimento. Por que referencia é tudo. O atendimento não bom, as meninas tentam ser simpaticas, mas não conseguem. São proprietárias/funcionárias que ainda não entenderam que o cliente tem razão, ainda mais quando o cliente sabe que um determinado produto não faz bem para o cachorro dele. Uma das meninas foi muito grossa pq eu disse que meu cachorro era alérgico a determinada ração que ela estava tentando me vender.
(é sério que uma pessoa que nunca conviveu com meu cachorro sabe mais do que eu, que o tenho há 11 anos?)
Enfim, ela insitiu algumas vezes que aquela era a melhor ração (e tbm a mais cara - não que isso seja o problema)
Mas é ruim o cliente ter que respirar fundo e tentar abstair.
Meu conselho: sejam simpáticas com TODOS os clientes, mesmo aqueles que vcs acham que não gostam, ou então contratem funcionários que consigam fazer isso.
Infelizmente, prefiro nao frequentar mais esse local.

3 - Local - ruim de chegar e mais ainda de estacionar

They are owners / employees who still do not understand that the customer is right, especially when the customer knows that a certain product is not good for his dog. One of the girls was very thick because I said my dog was allergic to a certain food that she was trying to sell me.
(is it serious that a person who has never lived with my dog knows more than me, who have had him for 11 years?)
Anyway, she insisted a few times that that was the best ration (and also the most expensive - not that that's the problem)
But it is bad that the client has to take a deep breath and try to abstain.
My advice: be nice to ALL customers, even those you think you don't like, or hire employees who can do that.
Unfortunately, I prefer not to go there anymore.
1 - Service - leaves something to be desired
2 - They say it has the best price - misleading advertising
3 - Location - bad to arrive and even more to park
