★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um filhote da CAMILA CRISTINA SILVA conhecida como Beatriz, segundo o que ela me disse, dona desse Pet House Araraquara e ela me vendeu um cahorro Shih-tzu com outra raça. O cachorro veio ate mim com a idade inferior ao que deveria e estava tremendo de frio e a sua funcionaria disse que era por causa do ar condicionado que estava muito forte, achei aquilo um absurdo. Quando ele chegou começou a gritar dor na orelha, mandei mensagem pra Camila (Bia) e ela disse que quando foi colocar o lacinho apertou muito de propósito pra fixar no pelo. Entrei em contato com ela ontem e como todo ser que trata os animais dessa forma agiu como se não fosse nenhum problema. Inicie um processo contra a empresa que esta em atividade desde 2015 não sei como ainda.
I bought a puppy from CAMILA CRISTINA SILVA known as Beatriz, according to what she told me, owner of this Pet House Araraquara and she sold me a Shih-tzu dog with another breed. When he arrived he started screaming pain in the ear, I texted Camila (Bia) and she said that when she went to put the bow on, she tightened it on purpose to fix it on the fur. I got in touch with her yesterday and like every being that treats animals in this way, she acted like it was no problem. Initiate a lawsuit against the company that has been in business since 2015 I don't know how yet.
