O último pedido a ração veio errada: veio raças pequenas e meu cão é porte médio. O tamanho do grão faz muita diferença.
Acho que os clientes fiéis deveriam ter ou um desconto ou um bônus de fidelização.
O preço de vocês está compatível com outros lugares. Acho que poderia ser um pouco melhor pois os custos de aluguel são menores que nas lojas que dependem da localização.

The last order the feed came wrong: small breeds came and my dog is medium size. The size of the grain makes a big difference.
