★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei maravilhoso...meu cachorrinho passou o ano novo hospedado e foi muito bem tratado... A equipe é super atenciosa e respectiva e os animais parecem estar em casa... Recomendo a todos e com certeza é onde o deixarei quando precisar.
I thought it was wonderful ... my puppy spent the new year staying and was very well treated ... The staff is super attentive and respectful and the animals seem to be at home ... I recommend it to everyone and it is certainly where I will leave it when I need it.

I left my dog at Pet Life a few years ago, his happiness when he arrives is priceless. Sign that is well treated and receives a lot of affection. The staff is very helpful. I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei minha cachorrinha de 01 a 04 de fevereiro.
Qdo pegamos ela na segunda, ela veio muito agressiva, tentando avançar na gente ainda no carro, e só parou qdo resolvi dar ração pra ela, além de assustada ela estava com fome.. consideramos isso normal, já que foi a primeira vez que ficou fora.. Qdo pegamos ela fomos avisados de que tinham cachorros gripados e ela poderia ter pego, e realmente pegou, já no carro começou a tossir e espirrar muito, a Vet entrou com antibiótico...
Na quarta, vendo que ela se coçava muito fui olhar e pra minha surpresa ela estava infestada de carrapatos, por não conhecer achei até que era pulga, mas a Vet olhou e identificou, compramos uma coleira anti carrapato além de limpar muito, dar banho com shampoo específico etc...
A Vet nos informou que carrapato transmite doença e daqui 15 dias vamos precisar fazer exames de sangue...
Tem um check list na parede, mas não é seguido, a minha cachorra mesmo não passou por nenhuma inspeção... não poderiam admitir cachorro doente...
Os funcionários são atenciosos, mas por exemplo ninguém anotou tudo que eu disse no dia em que deixei ela, o que ela comia ou em que horários...
Mandei msg por whats antes de colocar aqui, no dia 11/02, disseram que entrariam em contato comigo, mas isso não aconteceu ate agora...
Foi a primeira vez que deixamos ela, péssima experiência...

When we got her we were warned that they had dogs with flu and she could have picked it up, and actually took it, already in the car began to cough and sneeze a lot, Vet came in with antibiotic ...
On Wednesday, seeing that it was itchy, I went to look at it and to my surprise it was infested with ticks, because I did not know it until it was a flea, but Vet looked and identified, we bought an anti tick tick and cleaned a lot, shampoo specific etc ...
Vet informed us that tick transmits disease and in 15 days we will need to do blood tests ...
There is a check list on the wall, but it is not followed, my dog even did not go through any inspection ... could not admit sick dog ...
The staff are attentive, but for example no one wrote everything I said the day I left her, what she ate or at what times ...
I sent msg for whats before placing here, on 11/02, they said they would contact me, but it has not happened so far ...
It was the first time we left her, terrible experience ...

Fora o banho e tosa que eu não troco por nada, produtos de ótima qualidade e profissionais muito bem treinados..
A perfect place for our dogs, the owners are super polite and give us confidence. The best daycare in guarulhos for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento maravilho. A Pet Life tem uma infraestrutura muito bacana com muito espaço para nossos filhos! As tias não se cansam de mimar eles. E diariamente eu recebo as fotos e vídeos de todas as atividades.
Não posso esquecer de agradecer também as tias do banho e tosa que deixam ele limpinho e cheiroso.
Os proprietários são maravilhosos e criam uma relação de muita confiança e amor.
Wonderful service. Pet Life has a very nice infrastructure with lots of space for our children! Aunts don't get tired of pampering them. And daily I receive photos and videos of all activities.
I cannot forget to also thank the aunts of the bath and grooming that leave it clean and smelling.
The owners are wonderful and create a relationship of great trust and love.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Petlife foi uma surpresa maravilhosa em nossas vidas!!! A Gabi e o Bruno são pessoas sensacionais. Tínhamos um pouco de insegurança em deixar nosso pequeno com outras pessoas, mas em pouco tempo eles nos transmitiram confiança e trouxeram cada vez mais alegria aos dias do Bob!!! Ele amaaaa ir para a creche, se deixar vai todos os dias!!!! Hoje, confiamos de olhos fechados, pois dá pra ver o quanto o nosso doguinho é apaixonado por eles!!! Dá pra perceber o carinho e comprometimento que eles cuidam dos nossos filhos peludos, como se fossem os deles. Fora o banho e tosa, que são sensacionais, o Bob vem sempre limpinho, com os pêlos macios e muito cheiroso!!!! Sou muito grata por tudo que fazem por ele, não tem preço ver aquele sorrisão!!!
Petlife was a wonderful surprise in our lives !!! Gabi and Bruno are amazing people. We were a little insecure about leaving our little one with other people, but in a short time they gave us confidence and brought more and more joy to Bob's days !!! He loves to go to the nursery, if he lets go every day !!!! Today, we trust with closed eyes, because you can see how much our doguinho is in love with them !!! You can see the affection and commitment that they take care of our furry children, as if they were theirs. Outside the bath and grooming, which are sensational, Bob always comes clean, with soft hair and very fragrant !!!!
