I have a furry 1 year old cat, he had never been to a pet for a bath and grooming, I was looking for a pet with experience in cats, even so I was very worried, but they fulfilled their mission with excellence... Theo is beautiful and fragrant! !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minha Izzy para fazer a tosa na tesoura. Foi completamente mal feita, não tosaram o focinho, fizeram buracos no pelo e ainda machucam a patinha. Sem contar no atendimento que foi péssimo ao reclamar com a atendente ela me diz quando trouxer ela tomar banho a gente vê o que faz e ainda me cobraram 100,00 para não fazer nada do que tinha pedido. Não recomendo esse lugar foi péssimo
I took my Izzy to scissors. It was completely poorly done, they didn't cut the muzzle, they made holes in the fur and still hurt the paw. Not to mention the service that was terrible when complaining to the attendant, she tells me when she brings her to take a shower, we can see what she does and they even charged me 100.00 for not doing anything I had asked. I don't recommend this place it was terrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho uma cachorrinha de 8 meses e hoje ela fez sua primeira tosa na tesoura, eu estava meio apreensiva, com medo dela ficar feia devido ser magra, mas a Sueli me tranquilizou, explicando o que seria necessário fazer na tosa.
Como já havia feito a tosa higiênica, confiei no trabalho dela e me senti segura , simplismente a Lolla ficou maravilhosa, linda, e muuuuito macia e cheirosa!! Os produtos são de ótima qualidade.
Muito obrigada Sueli pela sua dedicação com os pets! Eu estou muito satisfeita com todos os serviços do PET LOVERS, banhos, tosas e também com o trabalho da Dra. Taís que sempre me atendeu com muita atenção ministrando todas as vacinas na minha Lolla!! Quero agradecer o carinho de todos do Pet Shop.

I have an 8-month-old puppy and today she had her first clipping with scissors, I was a little apprehensive, afraid she would look ugly due to being thin, but Sueli reassured me, explaining what would be necessary to do the clipping.
As I had already done the hygienic grooming, I trusted her work and I felt safe, Lolla was simply wonderful, beautiful, and soooo soft and fragrant!! The products are high quality ones.
Thank you so much Sueli for your dedication to pets! I am very satisfied with all the services provided by PET LOVERS, baths, grooming and also with the work of Dr. Taís, who always attended to me with great care, giving all the vaccines in my Lolla!! I want to thank everyone at the Pet Shop for their love.
